mixed feelings about this stay

faulty air conditioninglimited cocktails

the room i got, a classic room pool view, felt quite outdated. the air conditioning barely worked, and i found several ants crawling around. also, the all-inclusive deal wasn't all-inclusive! i had to pay extra for some cocktails and bottled water, annoying. the reception staff seemed indifferent to my complaints.
